KCBS replaces the need for a full-time employee or part-time bookkeeper. Our method is designed to effectively target the obstacles standing in the way of your success. Our System

Kansas City Business Solutions utilizes existing programs that allow for real-time firm to client collaboration and updates. The cloud-based software platform for QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, T-Sheets, MileIQ and Google Drive, just to name a few, allows the client to access, upload and interact with all the financial tools, spreadsheets and documents that are created and managed by KCBS. These programs provide a secure platform that can only be accessed by KCBS, the client and their designated CPA which allows collaboration and the flow of information between all parties involved. Transparency is key to business owners and the client will always have a the most up-to-date view of their company's financial and operational position. 

Fee Structure

KC Business Solutions utilizes a value based pricing platform to allow the client to benefit from the service without paying the cost of an in-house employee, high priced CPA or consulting firm. Once a level of service is established a weekly timeline is created and pricing is presented accordingly. An initial, non-recurring on-boarding fee is charged to the client which is dependent on the level of services selected and existing practices being used.
